As the Principal Engineer, Lance leads the alloy development and technical aspects of plug and abandonment and through tubing bridge plug projects. He also assists with other projects providing technical advice, failure analysis and troubleshooting.

Lance has had a wide variety of engineering roles with many oil & gas service companies including Smith International, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Foro, and Liquidmetal Coatings. His expertise lies in design and material technology, failure analysis, and specializes in drilling tools such as mud motors, turbodrills, percussion tools, directional drilling equipment and rock bits.
